Notes & Pairings
This grape is a cross between Irsai Olivér and Roter Traminer. Both super aromatic, high in sugar, and ripen relatively early. The mostly dehydrated and botrytized fruit comes from the Hársfás-út vineyard. Completely fermented and aged in tank with native yeasts, this has over 11 g/l total acidity and over 160 g/l residual sugar and is refreshing, spicy (Fűszeres means spicy), and aromatic.
