Notes & Pairings
Stéphanie is one of a handful in Tokaj that does practically everything herself and in house. Pulling fruit from both Lónyai and Kassai dűlő (60% Hárslevelű, 40% Furmint). Fruit from Lónyai has sour acids and needs aging which we already know from her dry still versions. Paired with the south facing and intense fruit right off the bat from Kassai, and it’s a great match up.
