Balkan Wine Dinner at Wolfsbane

An evening at Wolfsbane with Eric Danch of Danch & Granger Selections featuring Balkan wines! Join us in The Den as we explore wines from Croatia, Slovenia, and Romania alongside a special five course menu by Chef Rupert Blease. This area of the world is rich in history with winemaking traditions that began over 6,000 years ago and we will taste some of the ancient grape varieties indigenous to the region. Eric will join us at our communal table to share stories of the wineries, families, and wine styles we will be pouring. Space is limited.
