Notes & Pairings
This is similar to the Óra in that it’s a field blend of 70% Királyleányka, 20% Riesling, and 10% other (furmint, Hárslevelű, Muscat), but the maceration is just one day and it’s all done in plastic. Not surprisingly, it’s not as concentrated, grippy and oxidative as the Óra or Eastern Accents, but you get more of the aromatic components and fresh rather than dried fruits and tea flavors. For those who are looking for a “baby” skin contact white, this one walks that thin line effortlessly.
